Cancellation policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be in processing or shipped.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, but only under the following conditions:

✅ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✅ The product must be in new condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
✅ Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used, worn, or damaged products will not be accepted for return.
  • Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

⚡ How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email contact@mcarmor.com and admin @mcarmor.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If eligible, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
